Mr Casey was appointed as trustee for an educational fund set up for my children by their grandfather. Mr Casey's job was to manage the trust funds and ensure that the money was available for my children to pay for schooling, educational expenses, etc. From the very beginning, Mr Casey has been uncooperative, adversarial, and exceedingly unprofessional.
