Great experience with Adam at Dennis Car Care. He was able to get me right in and took care of everything quickly. Really appreciate the great service and how easy he made the whole process. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them.
Scheduled an appointment to have them do my brakes and tires 2 times. Had to reschedule the first time after they could not get my wheels off. They lost my phone number and never called me to tell me so I waited all day and never got a call. When I rescheduled and brought it in they did change my tires but couldn’t fix my brakes and told me “ our brake guy isn’t here today”
LOOSE UPPER CONTROL ARM BOLTS I’m a mechanic myself so I’m the last person to get mad at someone for a mistake on a vehicle because I’ve made plenty myself. But… the only thing I don’t do to my truck myself is alignments, I brought my truck there and they spent 3-4 hours “trying to get it to drive straight” which they couldn’t do.. no big deal it’s an old truck, I just needed it to be close enough. Great people over there, came in to fix my tire they got it done in no time.
In early April 2026, I woke up to a flat tire in my SUV. After doing an online search, I decided to take my car to the Dennis Car Care Center. The person behind the counter immediately greeted me and said that they could repair my flat tire. In a matter of about 45 minutes the flat tire was plugged and I was on my way. It was truely a hassle-free experience, the cost was quite reasonable and the service people were nice.
