Broke an uncommon bolt on a grain cart after hours. Of course the equipment dealer never had it but Dennis Boltworx sure did. Even though it was after hours Robert made sure we got what we needed to get up and running again. It’s nice when guys like Robert understand that harvest time isn’t the time to let a bolt stop you. I have been shopping at Dennis Boltworx on and off over the last 2 years. My experience every time I go there is a straight 5-Stars. They have the best assortment of hard to find bolts I have ever seen at an Industrial Supply Store. Especially, Metric and Sae flange bolts in common sizes. On top of that I can buy them individually at a reasonably price! No minimum purchase price! Truly fantastic! They often have the same/similar product as big box stores at a much better price. Worst experience, I felt like an alien. My buddy and I walked in specifically looking for a specialty tap. Which then what seemed to be the manager told us and asked "does that even exist" we then replied." We don't know "for which the manager said then we don't have it in a rude tone and didn't even try or assist us in any way. Customer service 0 out of five it was a poor experience it was also really awkward because when we walked in there everyone that was working and employed stopped and watched us like we were morons.
