Horrible with prescription renewals I have to call a week in advance to get it renewed and call several times before I get a response from Dr Bernardo. Very disappointing I wouldn’t be calling if I didn’t need the script. No sense of urgency with the staff I get told I’m calling to early or I’m calling too late extremely frustrating. As a dr I am very pleased in general but the prescription situation is beyond awful.
The best. Dr. Bernardo is very thorough and professional. He is very friendly and informative. I would not consider going to anyone else.
