Dr.Bernardo very good doctor he listens to my concerns and is easy to talk to
This is from Christine Ciurciu. We have been seeing Dr Bernardo for over 20 years. I have always rated him five stars. However I had results of a blood test for over a week posted to my portal with no follow up for some troubling results. Still no call. Have to lower my rating.
Horrible with prescription renewals I have to call a week in advance to get it renewed and call several times before I get a response from Dr Bernardo. Very disappointing I wouldn’t be calling if I didn’t need the script. No sense of urgency with the staff I get told I’m calling to early or I’m calling too late extremely frustrating. As a dr I am very pleased in general but the prescription situation is beyond awful.
