I read the reviews for the dealer and thought that this would be a good place to purchase a reliable used car. We test drove a Saturn in November 2018. Everything seemed to be ok. Be certain to accept his offer to have the car checked over by a mechanic. That's what we did and found out that it cost well over $1000.00 in maintenance just to get the car to pass inspection.
