From my experience in June of 2025, the dentist and dental hygienist were fantastic! However, the front office staff made several errors with billing. I was sent numerous bills for over 400 dollars, when the actual out of pocket should have been a little over 100. It took months for them to find the error and rectify it accordingly. In addition, I did not appreciate being talked over when I called a second time to transfer my images to another provider. All around it was not a positive experience.
Best dentist, attentive, kind, organized, excellent skills and knowledge.
Everything was great but I'd suggest if not giving paper receipts that you include the date of the next appt in your emails. I've gotten two things via email since this afternoon and neither states the date of my next appt. That should be included on all correspondence.
Dr Ali is great. The practice was able to get me in right away for a broken crown. Very pleased.
