I want to share my experience with Dennett Pools to help others be aware. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very negative. I had multiple issues with their service, but the most serious one involved my pool’s auto-fill system. Their technician placed rocks inside the auto-fill sensor, which caused the water to run continuously for weeks without my knowledge. Keith Dennett came out and was very pleasant and professional. Keith took time to answer all of my questions while he was working and gave me some great tips regarding some improvements I was considering doing to my pool system. I would highly recommend!

Excellent warranty work for my new Pentair pool HeatPump and inlets and outlets to it. Wish they installed my pool equipment instead of my pool builder. Connivence and knowledge of your pool system is worth the extra costs.
Called requesting a technician to check on my pool pump. Received a quick response. Was given a quote for my issue. Service technician arrived the next day.
