I have been coming to this office for over a year on and off, but I will never come again. The doctor is very pretentious and will argue with patients. Every time I made an appointment, even a telehealth visit, she was always late with no apology or acknowledgement of my time. Recently, I told her I was still feeling pain after a fall and she suggested "aspirin, cold/hot water, and stretches". In 2001/2002 when Dr. Patterson was in her residency years at Crozer she treated me like absolute crap. I had a gynecological exam with her and where she looked at my breasts she saw that something wasn't exactly how she expected it regarding my nipples and she questioned me for about an hour asking me if my husband, who I just married and am still married to after 20 years, was abusing me.
