Dennis is very helpful. He was able to point me in the right direction for a warranty on my window. Even though it meant him not getting the job, he went above and beyond!
Would not recommend. Did not follow building code for windows I had installed at my cabin. They needed to be fire rated for the mountains. Dennis said "he can't be responsible for knowing the codes" even though he had his own window business up in the Big Bear area for over 10 years and lives in the mountains himself. My windows would not pass inspection and Dennis would not correct error without charging me an additional $6000.
