This was the worst experience ever! Booked room when we called to confirm. Checkin an confirm room number they changed the room 3x an when asked were to pick up the key they stated that the door would be unlocked an the key would be inside. First thought not the safest thing, so when we arrive to location there are several people who permanently live there wondering around the door to the room isn't closed. We open the door to find a not well kept room to say the least with no key. We look for key with no luck call managemen... read more
Stayed for 3 days. Room had soiled linens from previous guests shoved behind the dresser/desk; had to call and ask for more towels and coffee as housekeeping duties were not done during my visit.
The best hotel in Izard County!!!
I was in Melbourne for work and had to find a place rather quickly. The surrounding town is nice and the room was nice and clean! The owner was super nice as well. There was a (stray?) kitty who came to say hello, so extra points for that! ☺️ If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely stay again!
