Willie Howard was on site and on time in a remote area to evaluate my ongoing frig light issue. He immediately went to the issue he suspected it may be and was right on target. Moreover, he was kind and very professional in his behavior and researched the problem with the manufacturers. Next time I have an issue I will call Denmark and hope Willie Howard can investigate my problem.
