Call Denmark, not Sears. I left a note on their website over the weekend for an ailing appliance and got a call first thing on Monday morning. They had a technician to my house by 1045 to diagnose the problem. A positive experience all around, no virtual assistants for chat, no unhelpful text messages--an actual human being to answer the phone and get me on the schedule. Happy customer, would definitely call again for my repair needs.
