I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Denmark Appliances Repair. They presented themselves as an official LG repair provider and assured me that the service would be covered under LG’s flat repair service. I was specifically told that I would be able to get the service fee refunded by LG. This was completely untrue. After the first service check, I discovered that their service is not covered by LG at all, and LG confirmed that I am not eligible for any refund.
