Excellent customer service from Mario! He showed up on time and assessed and fixed the equipment issue in an experienced, systematic manner. He explained everything he did thoroughly and clearly. Thank you Mario and Denmar!
Excellent customer service by all staff. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Bart gave me a very honest opinion on whether a sterilizer was worth fixing or not and kept the cost down in repair as much as possible. Highly recommend.

Honestly, I have had such a great experience with this company! From the way, they answer the phone to how resourceful they are. I was dealing with a dental technician by the name of Mario, and he was absolutely amazing! So kind and helpful.
