I rented from Denmar for 2 years and loved them. Maintenance was prompt and pleasant, and office staff were amazingly sweet. When my first roommate recused to hand me his keys after moving out, I contacted the office and they changed the locks right away. The neighborhood always felt. When my mom moved back to town, I knew this was the complex I wanted her to live in. Denmar worked with us to have the lease signed long distance so the place was move-in ready when she arrived.

Office personnel are awful. The way they do business is awful. I recently moved to the area due to work transfer. Went and saw the apartment they were offering. The prior tenant hadn't even moved out. Spent an hour driving around the complex trying to find one they could rent to me. Eventually I found one that was decent. Talked to office manager and explained my situation. Was given 3 different move in days. She explained that they had to keep pushing it back to paint.
