I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 13 years, and I’m honestly heartbroken by how dismissive the care has become. I’ve been struggling with ongoing stomach issues and every time I come in, I’m told to try “natural remedies” or vague suggestions — even though I’ve already spent thousands of dollars on naturopaths and alternative treatments. We’ve been seeing Dr. Chan since early last year and couldn’t be happier. Appointments are easy to book by phone or through the Medeo app. Also, the clinic is always punctual and welcoming
