Only giving 1 star because it won't let me give 0 stars. I had to get a portable oxygen tank for my father to leave the hospital. We were on a time limit. I stopped to pick it up and after several minutes Danny told me they had no order. I had to leave to go to the hospital. The care provider sent me back to Denmans because the order was called in after all. Danny sat slouched at his desk with his ankles crossed. Over the past 8 weeks I have dealt with a plethora of healthcare providers and services, and Denman Medical was by far the weakest link. Multiple calls were necessary to schedule delivery and pick up of hospice items. At each turn, it was clear customer service had little idea what was happening with delivery services. On top of this, they used the wrong contact information multiple times despite being explicitly told the correct information by hospice and myself. There has been many times since my surgery Denmans have lost my order, only giving me half my supplies most recently I placed my reorder, with enough for 7 - 8 days left, at 10 days I was completely out of my colostomy pouches, I was forced to MacGyver something for 5 + days causing severe irritation and other than a doctor's appointment I could not leave the sanctuary of my bedroom. You will be told something completely different everytime you call them, they will fail to enlighten you of the pertinent information you will need to submit in order for their affiliate, Adaptive Mobility, to fulfill a doctor's order for "custom" equipment. They will tell you, "oh everything is taken care of, just call them when you get home and they will delivery that day." I am giving Courtney Respiratory Therapist at Denman Medical the best score there is to give because I am so impressed with the service that I have received from her. Courtney has been so helpful to me in addressing my issues, trying to find solutions without giving up on me, she has been checking up on me, reading my reports, addressing them and finding solutions. I have not found anyone who takes the time to care that much. I am finding that I can actually count on and trust that she is not going to give up until my issues... read more
