I cycled there with no appointment, and they fixed my bike immediately.
I asked to just use a tool for a simple tighten up on my way home from work and was told they can't let me use anything and if they help me they're going to charge me! Crazy. Other places wouldn't hesitate to help for something so simple..
It's really bad, asked for a 9 speed chain, but given a 8 instead. When I went back and ask the guy who said he ll put a 9 on, he said, He didn't know me and said he nvr talk with me before. Seriously? Bad store, don't come here unless you want a bad day or screw ur bike.
