Rude arrogant staff
Great service amazing shop. Really wonderful help, patient and knowledgable and helped me sort out everything from bike to accessories to locks with detailed discussion of pros and cons of each. Lincoln should get a promotion.
Just bought a new bike and I couldn't have had a better experience! I came in a few times to test some out, alone and with a friend, and everyone there was very kind, not pushy, and very friendly. I never felt pressured one way or another, and never got mansplained lol. As a queer woman I was stressed about walking into a bike shop knowing very little about bikes, but everyone here made me feel comfortable. Shoutout to Lincoln, CJ, and another guy whose name I didn't get, sorry! Thanks for your help!
