I put my car in for a simple service - oil change, brake fluid change - at 7.30am. I turn up at 4pm to collect, I ad been told it will probably be ready earlier. Car is not ready!! I was told they tried txting me and phoning me. Nothing. I had received a service reminder 2 days previous so no phone number issue and I had been receiving phone calls all day.
