Car service time was good Andy keep me up to date Daniel who service my car complete as by my conversation with Andy.car was clean neat when drove away. Professional staff and understanding .
3 year service .great communication Andy look after me advice me updates through the day . New work shop .new place to sit while waiting on car .I believe it was done on time as per conversation .a thanks to Daniel today for the service and time to service my golf gti mk8 the car is reliable gets better as time go on.
The vw team were fantastic. Andy took care of my service was very professional and explained everything that was done to the car. The online booking was smooth and even sent a few reminders prior to the service booking which was great. The only downside was the pricing which is double that of the japanese competitor brands.
