Awful experience, such bad service!! What a complete waste of one day and my headlights are still not fixed. And i didnt even get an apology!!!!! Volkswagen told me it'll be a simple 2 hour job to fix the headlights, onsite. So i took my 2.5 year old granddaughter with me, thinking its a simple job. 6 hours later, its still not fixed and they asked me to come back 4 weeks later until the part is ordered.
