Building a custom home sounded intimidating at first, especially with our busy work schedules, but this company kept things manageable. Their communication stayed consistent and appointments usually started on time. We had a small issue with exterior lighting placement near the end, though it was corrected before move-in day. Several months later, we still feel very happy with the decision.

Sitting on a ferry watching this Company truck get told to turn off his head lights, he instead flips the WSF employee off and then leaves his truck on the whole trip. Can't trust them to follow simple rules, won't trust them with anything construction or home related. Poor Company Bad ethics. Edit for the owner. Here's a picture. Working with Denizen exceeded our expectations based on what we thought the renovation process was going to entail. Chris, Laura and the entire Denizen team were great communicators throughout the entire journey and treated our home as if it were their own. We took our 1957 house down to the studs, opened up our roof and put on an addition, so the job was quite complex. Denizen completed the most beautiful and detailed work on my home. They completely transformed my backyard with a beautiful covered patio including a cedar sided wall and shed. The entire team was polite, professional and skilled. Would love to use them for future work!
