Office back support is lacking. Calls are not returned on back office issues such as filling out forms for insurance coverage and making appt with the surgical scheduler. If you don’t mind calling 3 + times just to get an insurance questionnaire filled so you can pick up an RX this is the office for you. It’s unfortunate as I like the MD. Hopefully someone can return my call now and get the issues taken care of?
She’s the best. She was the one who confirmed our pregnancy and the one who delivered. She made the complications look like a walk in the park and gave us a peace of mind. She actually listens to you and makes you feel she’s there with you in every step of your journey to make it a bit better.
Great Doctor ! She is attentive ,polite professional and listens to her patients concerns.Highly recommend her .
She's the best gyn i've seen so far. Very good bedside manners, well educated, explains things thoroughly, is understanding, and nonjudgmental.
