I was hesitant to post this review because Frank tends to get very defensive very fast, but I thought this review might help someone. TLDR; It was more of a regular clean than a deep clean. I had a move-in cleaning done recently, and my experience is similar to that of Emily Cotto's below (i.e. his staff didn't show up so he cleaned himself, his wife showed up later, he kept reiterating he has been in business for 10+ years, etc.).
