Had a very unfortunate experience with kurt jerman, one of Denison’s brokers. He was incredibly forgetful and misrepresented his service and our boat. His communication (or lack thereof) was the most frustrating I have ever seen in a broker. We were able to get a sale but it was a huge headache. When I reached out to Bob from Denison, to provide some feedback regarding this experience, I never received a response. Very sad from such a well respected company.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We hired Denison for the sale of our boat and it couldn’t be more disappointing. Our broker Kurt did sell the boat in about 1 month time what is great, but he is the most unreliable person in the business. He forgot everything about the boat we told him, caused several haul outs because he wasn’t prepared, couldn’t remember how our systems work, billed us for times in the marina when the boat was already sold and the list of unprofessional behavior goes on and on. Looking for a boat, I found the perfect place. Denison Yachts in Newport Beach was ideal for us. My family and I first met with Erik Mayol when we walked in the office asking about a diesel-powered boat between 40 and 50 feet long.
