FIRE HER! I've been coming here almost every day for a year. Never had an issue until now. Whoever the woman is working nights is exceptionally rude. I had an issue with the parking booth and when I went to get help she screamed at both me and my child. I will not be parking there again. Unbelievable.
Great place to park but I witnessed a female employee screaming at a young man last night who had briefly walked up to the top to take a picture of the city lights. She was very rude and hostile towards him and seemingly stalked him all the way back down to his car. It made us leave quickly. Love this spot but the employees arent friendly.
