Terrible company. My mom was SITTING IN HER CAR and a valet parker scratched my moms bumper in another persons car. "Accident Form" was filled out and they claim they have no record of the incident. So where did we get the accident report from? How about the business card? Man up.
Parking Problems at Sunset Place – After seeing a movie at Sunset Place, my daughter returned to the car to find someone had made a huge dent in the bumper. We filed a police report, but neither the cashier (Pilar) or the manager (Danny) cared about the thousands of dollars of damage done to the bumper. They just wanted their $6 parking fee.
