Terrible business practices. Went to the Westchester Mall only to pick up food and they have zero signage in entrance regarding the first 20 minutes free (which changed from 30 minutes). I was over by 2 minutes because it was a long walk to food court and Nicole refused to provide a refund after I explained their poor communication to the public. Zero signage and zero communication with customers. I will never pick up food here again!
