I parked there on a Sunday afternoon. First time using this parking garage. I was there for a few hours. It's too expensive!!! My vehicle is only 4 months old. While backing out of a parking space, caused me to hit a sign placed beside my car and scrape the side of a wall, creating white scratches and dents on the driver's side of my vehicle 😩!!!

Signed up for monthly parking. During my first my first month renewal they double charge me, then when I try to pay for my second month, their broke app says I still owe for the month before. When I flag this for the facility manager they give me attitude and tell me I'm not allowed to visit their office to pay in person. Pretty wild stuff. Highly disorganized and unprofessional. Wish I could give zero stars.
Loved that you could pay using your phone before exiting with the Apple App Clip/QR code. All we had to do was scan our ticket on the way out. Wish there had been security considering that you can get carjacked there In broad daylight.
