Terrible customer service not understanding at all and instead refuse to understand your point of view and gaslight their own ideas. The lady with the glasses and hair will hang up on you if she does not know what to do and her manager will defend her actions!

I parked there on a Sunday afternoon. First time using this parking garage. I was there for a few hours. It's too expensive!!! My vehicle is only 4 months old. While backing out of a parking space, caused me to hit a sign placed beside my car and scrape the side of a wall, creating white scratches and dents on the driver's side of my vehicle 😩!!!
