I had one of the most frustrating parking experiences I’ve ever had here. I went to the payment kiosk before leaving, exactly as instructed. The kiosk showed that I owed $0.00. It then took me about a minute to walk back to my car and start driving toward the exit. By the time I reached the gate, I was suddenly charged $4.00. My entire visit was only about six minutes.
