We lost our Mom to a fall 1 1/2 years ago ( 2 weeks after the fall ) I got 5 different stories of what happened . One gal told me she got hit by a mattress being brought into another room and it was a whole different wing. This happened right after lunch . She did not have her walker & was not brought to her room by a staff member like they said she was . There was plenty of staff that day . Amazing care givers!
My father in-law was there for a while and let me tell you... he is a hard headed guy. He was skeptical at first, but as anyone going into a nursing home would be. He and the staff got along very well. The business office was helpful to make sure all the insurance stuff was filed correctly as well. Its nice to see people care for your own like you would!!
My dad was placed there last year and they were great! The nurses were awesome and the staff was helpful. They are a tag free facility and who wouldn't want that for their family!
They just took my client off here Medicare adv plan forcing them to have a 15k bill.. when I called to ask what happened she was rude and not helpful and hung up on me her name was Jenny. The amount of anger I have right now is immeasurable. These people have taken advantage of senior citizens and costing them their retirement funds!!! Do NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR FAMILY!!
