Stayed here for a couple of nights , can't complain, has it's old charm , and exciting history , large bed and spa bath. The trains , coming past are part of the experience and fun to watch, if you are into trains and history I'd recommend this hotel.
Lounge too low for us to sit on Need a different room for over 70s
Booked this hotel months ago for one night as part of our road trip from Cairns to Brisbane. Hotel cancelled our booking out of the blue stating there had been a system error. Its a coincidence that our booking was for a Saturday night. Obviously they wanted the room for someone staying longer. Not the way to do business. Very disappointed.
