My life has changed since going to Denise consistently for over a year. I have grown to appreciate my body, become better at recognizing my emotions and regulating stress. Denise is kind and understanding and has helped me grow through struggles and development to become a more complete person.

Denise's support and services have been invaluable for me and my 4 kids. We've done family and individual sessions and her input is tremendously beneficial. We've been blessed with her help for the past year and continue to benefit from the nutritional and emotional support we receive. Besides, her foot zones are seriously the best! Our experience has been that we are more connected to ourselves, our emotions and feel more centered and grounded after a foot zone session.
Denise is so amazing and so is the zoning it has helped me so much an made me feel so Awesome. I always look forward to getting a zone!
