She didn’t listen fully to the concerns/symptoms. She didn’t communicate neither a treatment or medication plan. Just found out about five medications from the visit summary after the appointment. She was extremely in a rush, spent only 5 mins with the patient and then left the room. The patient was admitted to her nurse 25 mins late, waited more 15 minutes for her to come. Very nice & thorough doctor. Most of my doctors are with another group, but I really like Dr. Valero!!!
She didn’t seriously listen to my concerns, brushed them off as menopause. When I changed doctors, I was given the right tests anccording to my symptoms and diagnosed with 2 autoimmune diseases. I’m so thankful for my new team of doctors who are now helping me with a plan.
Dr. Valero is wonderful. She is thorough, listens and open to discussion. I am very happy with my choice of new doctors.
