Denise Montalvo was very understanding throughout the entire process. She was very prompt to answer any e-mails and phone calls, no matter how trivial. I was looking for some rather specific criteria that would be hard to check all the boxes. No house is perfect, but her guidance and understanding were immeasurably appreciated during the process.
