I was seen by her at the end of her work day at Grady to be released. She diagnosed me with a small growth the size of a pea and stated my symptoms was viral and the worst that could happen was that I could lose some of my hearing. I did not accept that diagnosis and was seen by 2 other specialists and both confirmed I have a moderately large tumor connected from my ear to my brain that now has to be surgically removed end of this month. After waiting for months and seeing the bad reviews, I thought about canceling. So glad I can judge for myself! Dr Cambier was extremely knowledgeable and listened to everything I had to say. She's up to date with the latest migraine prevention meds and was eager to help me any way she could.
She has an abrasive, dismissive demeanor if she doesnt want or know how to approach health issue. If there is a complication, good luck getting her assistance.
She claims to have patient centered care...Absolutely not. She was dismissive and bias to my family member, while I watched my family member in front of me have a stroke..Claimed there was life stressors that were not there as the cause of these symptoms. This family member has a family history of stroke and did have a stroke. Now is being taken care of by another health team that listens and actually cares.
Ineffective and thoughtless. Unable to make diagnosis but heavy with prescription offers. Poor neurologist. Her staff was outright nasty to the very elderly lady in the office. She had traveled there from out of town for Parkinson’s treatment. They don’t have any sense.
