DR. SHAWS OFFICE IS THE WORST!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! DO NOT go to Dr. Shaw or her assistant unless you do not care what your bill is. If you call ahead to find out what services are being done and an estimate of your bill multiply it by 5! That will be what you will actually be paying because they do not give a crap. What they tell you and what they do and charge you for are two totally different things! They have the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. Shaw Denise L Md - Warren Clinic is too busy!! I went to Dr Shaws office last year for my yearly exam, I had to see the nurse practioner because she was all booked(from what I hear you never get to see her). I told the nurse I was planning on getting pregnant and all she said was good hopefully the next time I see you you are pregnant. She didn't give me any pointers or advice or ask if I had any questions! She rushed me in and out as soon as possible, she was only in the room probably 5 minutes. Not to sure about her I went to Dr Shaw for my first pregnancy and I am still not sure what to think of her. At the visits that I seen her, she talked more about herself and her children than asking how I was doing. They was one time she was in the room 30 seconds. She didnt deliver my baby since it was a holiday. Never recieved a congrats card or anything!
grandmother Denise is guilty of gross negligance in the care of my daughter who suffered needlessly and we almost lost her and the baby due to her reckless manner and narcissistic demeanor. She does not like single mothers and treats them like scum. My daughter almost died from the C-section wound infection from a contaiminated instrument and my grandchild suffered oxygen deprivation and severe head trauma and is disabled.
