I have known Denise for over 20 years she is always been an amazing caring patient professional in her craft her work in the Killeen area has been always magnificent I take my mother there every couple of months and she loves the way Denise does her hair as a matter of fact she wouldn't want to go anywhere else she even fusses in me to make sure that I make her appointment. Went to Denise for a Dye and a twist out, only for my hair to turn out dry and brittle. The first thing that went wrong was my hair was red instead of copper, so I gave her the opportunity to change it and add more color, only for parts of my hair to be bright Orange (luckily it was hidden in the middle). My roots weren’t left brown like I asked about 3 inches of my hair was and there was still dye in my hair that got on my pillows and washed out in a sink by another hairstylist.
