Laura is the best! She has been taking care of me and my family for over 30 years. She is old school when it comes to customer service, which is hard to find these days and therefor appreciated even more. If u Dare to call u will be overtalked to the point Where u cant get the information u wanted when u called in the first place, they don't kno about life insurance polices, if u try to file a claim about a crack in your windshield they lead you instead of you making your own choice, they don't Mail physical copies of your insurance card, in her words "you have to get it from state farm" but i thought u were state farm lol, i don't see why they have 5 stars unless i just ask to many questions , I'm black by the way worst stat... read more
