Always a great time when I go see Denise! She is such a blessing and I would recommend her to any and everyone. She listen and gives you the best advice and no judgement .
My daughter had wanted some therapy. I did not have insurance coverage for counseling. I was told it would be $100.00 per a session which I was paying. They came back to me later and said that since they 'attempted' to use my insurance and it was declined I would then owe $200.00 more. Then they said it was because I missed an appointment that I didn't make. The staff was unprofessional. I never spoke to Denise. They screened all her calls. This place did help me out but not 100% and it was not the best of care. They are not customer friendly. Trying to get a hold of someone is just about impossible. You cannot leave a message because they will not call you back. Their fees are ridiculous and they are not willing to work with their clients. I would not recommend going to this place.
