I love the interchangeable aspect of these needles, but I am having a problem with my extenders popping apart.
The extenders on my cable set was coming apart, causing me to lose stitches and a lot of knitting requiring extensive rehab. I emailed the company and Emily got back to me the same day and honored the warranty. In less than a week I received replacement extenders. What great customer service! They stand by their products. Recently my friends at Denise Needles introduced sharp short points interchangeable knitting needles. They are wonderful. My hands do not tire as easily as they do when I use metal needles. I knit two hats for my adorable little nieces the weekend I purchased them.
