Along with Denise's extreme professionalism, she is kind, knowledgeable and very honest. What she says, she does! Denise kept us up to date and informed throughout our entire process. She answered all of our questions and as we are out of the area, she kept in touch with our escrow officer as well to insure we were always on the same page. My daughter and I looked at 3 lots at the Shores: Denise helped us far more than we expected. She had an architect draw us a high level view of the home we could build on each lot. She had questioned us on what we were looking for in a beach house and never tried to oversell. Needless to say we purchased our perfect lot and can hardly wait to build our dream beach house. I have moved several times due to my career and Denise is one of the best realtors I have worked with.
