My daughter and I looked at 3 lots at the Shores: Denise helped us far more than we expected. She had an architect draw us a high level view of the home we could build on each lot. She had questioned us on what we were looking for in a beach house and never tried to oversell. Needless to say we purchased our perfect lot and can hardly wait to build our dream beach house. I have moved several times due to my career and Denise is one of the best realtors I have worked with.
Working with Denise and all of the team at Franke Realty was an awesome experience from start to finish!
