I went to see someone at this office, and I made an appointment to come back a couple months later because that’s the soonest they had an appointment open. Good thing I didn’t need help that bad because I wouldn’t have got it till a few months later. They ended up switching the person I had my appointment with, without telling me. Then they sent out my appointment reminder at 11am the day before so it was too late for me to cancel without fee. They are now charging me 45$ for cancelling in 22 hours instead of 24.
