Just got off the phone with a 24/7 agent that had nothing to do with denise or her team. Let me just start by saying they (not denise or her team) helped me by changing my mileage that I requested help doing probably 3 times this year and all I got from denise was "ill look into it" or an automated email.ive had her since I was 16 as an agent and its really a bummer she'd take advantage of someone she's known for that long.
