Dr Denise is one of the few doctors that shows sincere concern and care for you as a person and I was grateful for the way she talked through things with me and explained it. However, I had many issues with the office in itself, the scheduling of the appointments are ridiculous to consider your visit as a 15 minute visit barely leaving room for delays, on which I see that the biggest issue with all the LOOONG waits I've had there is because of the poor scheduling system. Didn’t get a chance to meet the doctor. I was late and called and said I would be late. Showed up and they wouldn’t see me after driving an hour. And this is hilarious considering that a large portion of her reviews talk about how she is always late. Staff was super rude. Won’t be going back to this office.
I send a message thru MyChart on Thursday, Feb29 @ 5:55am requesting a prescription refill for my thyroid and diabetes medication. On Friday, March 1 I left three messages in her office and send two messages thru My Chart and the only reply I got was from someone in her office saying "Your request has been sent to the provider for her review. She is currently out of office, but will be checking messages periodically." We are at Saturday, March 2 @ 9:10pm and still she has not bother to send the refill request to my pharmacy ... read more
