There really are no words for the kind of person Dr. Bickley is. She makes you feel like you are a priority, every single time you see/talk to her. She walks you through the entire process and makes sure you are aware of everything going on. I have suffered severe hearing loss for my entire life, I have been in and out of more doctors offices than my fingers can count, some good some bad, at times just feeling like a ping pong ball. Denise is a doctor that truly cares for her patients. She goes above and beyond her duties as an audiologist. She takes the time to listen to her patient. I was not a patient of hers but was with some family members that suffered from tinnitus so severe that caused anxiety and depression. She was so compassionate and so helpful to them, that I will forever be grateful for her. Would highly recommend anyone suffering from ear ringing (tinnitus) or hearing loss to schedule an appointment with Denise.
