My daughter went to this salon to get her hair straightened, and she was appalled to discover a $15 price hike for what they call "natural" hair. Just to be clear, my daughter has 4c hair, which is undeniably natural, but when they say "natural," they don't mean it in the true sense. They seem to think that if you have type 4 hair, especially 4c, you're somehow less deserving of fair pricing. The first time I went it was great BUT the second time I got the lady with short hair and and I now have heat damage from just a blow dry. Had to cut half my hair so obviously won’t return. The only one who knows what they’re doing is the lady with long blond hair. So not worth the risk. Also I realized after she used oil sheen as a heat protectant
