Dr. Becker is amazing! He has been my doctor since 2014 and I recommend HIM to anyone. His expertise and care is invaluable; however, the front office staff is rude!!! Also, it has become a bit inconvenient due to my work schedule. If I have to RESCHEDULE because of my work schedule changes, it’s a $75.00 charge to do it the same day. This is simple “supply and demand” but who can afford a $75.00 reschedule fee and a $150.00 copay? Dr. Becker refused to give me my test results without seeing me in person. I had to pay an additional 40 dollars to get my own lab results. When I went in the office the doctor didn't examine me and said he had an office and staff to pay for and he refused to even use my chart to notify me. He also said I did not have Graves disease but my eye doctor who specializes in thyroid eye disease said I definitely have it as did the new endocrinologist I consulted.
You should expect to wait an average of about 60 minutes to see Dr. Becker. He’s knowledgeable, but he seems to have little regard for his patients’ time. My appointment was at 4:30, and it’s now 5:25 — I’m still waiting to be seen. This is completely unacceptable
