I needed an epidural because the last one started to wear off pretty significantly. Bad timing as I am leaving for Kenya in a week. They got me in to see a PA the same day I called. They submitted an urgent request for approval to my insurance. I got the epidural the next day! Awesome service. I appreciate the all around level of care they provide.
Dr Patterson has Horrible bedside manner. Procedure was extremely painful and when I expressed the pain he didnt care or do anything to make it better just carried on even though I told him to stop. I cried the entire time and continued to express my pain and he said it was all in my head because he did his job perfectly. He also told me I was wasting his time and hed never do a procedure for me again. So rude. I will be finding a new pain specialist.
They had fixed some of my issues.
I have had nothing but the best service. The doctor truly care about you getting better. From the front desk to the doctors they all care.
