I have been going there since I was a little kid. Love this place.
To start you guys need to be lowering prices for spots not raising them. You need more vendors to get out more shoppers. All your high prices are doing is scaring away the casual families trying to sell their items cheap and leaving the high priced permanent vendors. The average person isn't going to pay $55 for a spot, they'd rather stay at home to sell or donate. Saturdays are just a joke now, not even worth going to look around. No I wouldn't recommend special the tire store around the corner Sucks and has poor rate service and junk for tires!!!
We are in Sacramento about once a year and always make time for Denios, this year we found that the prices at vendor booths were jacked up tremendously and no longer like a flea market which was the attraction for us, and the kettle corn stand which previously was my highlight of the day, 1st bad customer service and 2nd, the quality of the corn has really went down hill. We did get some really good cheese though ☺️ Next year no Denios for us, garage sales instead
