Delinquin Jewellers have provided me with amazing service. I ordered a very small piece online and stuffed up the address (forgot to put my unit number) so the package was returned to them. I rang and explained and said I would pay for return postage if they could post it back with the unit number on the address, but they insisted on not charging me and sent it back to me again. Had these guys fit a new battery in my watch, which was working perfectly fine untill they touched it. Get it back and light button is now faulty. Returned to the store to be told its nothing we have done. So it's gone from working perfectly fine to not working in the time you had the watch but nothing you have done!
