I was admitted for a short time tonight with chronic pancreatitis (long history of this ) to be laughed at by the ed workers that have been there years Security wants to try and intimidate people By standing at the end of my bed complaining that her "girls " the nurse was upset ..antagonising an mental health patient complaint for was requested and I got a discharge sheet .. this is constantly a problem at this hospital and I have witnessed it with other patients...dont get me rong some are grate but this sort of behaviour i... read more
I recently spent two days in this hospital while away from home (I’m from Melbourne) due to a lupus flare, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. The nurses were incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive, making me feel comfortable and cared for during a difficult time. I especially want to thank my nurse, Brooke, who went above and beyond — constantly checking in on me, supporting me emotionally, and even helping organise dinner for my partner. Mon and the rest of the team who looked after me this morning were truly exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door to the minute I left, I felt completely supported. Every person I dealt with was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond at every step, making sure I was comfortable, informed, and well looked after. It’s rare to come across a team that not only does their job so well, but does it with such kindness and dedication. They were absolutely outstanding.
Worst hospital ever. Some of the nursing staff are rude. The ER is a joke. Some of the drs are rough they just want u pain free then kicked out even if your not fully healed.
I find that they are totally useless we3 cant contact them wont answer their phones cant even make an appointment\ Don't care what patients say or do
