Absolutely unacceptable experience. Cindy was extremely rude to my colleagues who simply called to request a drop letter. The disrespect and unprofessionalism were shocking for a law firm. I would not recommend this office based on the way their staff treats people.

Worst law firm i could have contacted. The first person i spoke to named Cindy (thats what she told me but dont know if its rrue) called me rude for asking questions and hung up on me. She did the same thing when my colleague called as well. When I asked for a manager she said she was the only one in the office but I could hear people in the background laughing. Cindy has left me with a horrid taste in my mouth. The constant talking over me and horrible customer service has had me lose faith in attorney’s offices. Please do not use this law firm.

Cindy is quite possible the rudest receptionist/ “office manager” I’ve ever spoken to. She hung up on me and then tried to tell me there was a connection error. Do not use this firm. Youve been warned
