After seeing all the great reviews Denice had, I was shocked to learn what a NIGHTMARE she was to work with. Thankfully she was not my realtor, but even as the seller’s agent she managed to make the home-buying process a complete headache. She was rude, had terrible communication, gave us false information about the HOA, and showed a shocking level of carelessness by leaving the house key under the front mat where anyone could have entered my home.
